About Us

Our little farm is nestled in a tiny Southern Maryland town.  The farm was built with 4 horses, 2 dogs, and 5 cats.  The number of horses went up and down periodically depending on when I came across one that needed to be rescued.  All of our animals get to stay with us their whole lives except only one horse left to live with a family of kids to shower her with love.  We are now down to 1 kitty, 1 dog and 12 alpacas!!  

Alpacas offer such a fun inspiration to cultivate my maker's heart.  Not only are alpacas naturally whimsical and fun to be around, they also provide a wonderful resource of fiber.  There are so many things that can be done with fiber, I've yet to decide which way I want to concentrate on.

The shoppe began primarily with  Cria Coats.  

Believe it or not, even though the alpacas have a nice thick fleece, they too benefit from some winter comfort. 

As creativity collides with my available resources (aka time), you will find some other fun alpaca related listings.  One will never know what my over-thinking imagination will come up with next.
