SHIPPING NOTES // ORDERS // SHIPPING FEES // RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Potential delays are possible for package deliveries all across the United States due to any number of reasons that may be happening between our shoppe and your alpaca farm to which we have no control over.

Tracking number delays via all carriers are to be expected and therefore there are no package delivery date guarantees.

Shipping costs will not be refunded due to potential operational and shipping delays, wrong size ordered, or you just do not like the color.  Review your order carefully before placing.

We strive to keep the faith that you will receive your order timely and safely.

ORDERS

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.  Once an order has been placed into production and/or shipped it is too late.  Any order modifications or changes can only be made at our discretion due to color choice or out of stock materials at which point you will be contacted.  Prompt response will keep your Cria Coat in production line and not cause further delays.

Colors - a color chart is always nice, however shades may vary due to photography, indoor/outdoor lighting and computer monitor resolutions.  These situations do not qualify as defects.  

SHIPPING

SHIPPING FEES:  Due to increasing shipping fees, we now offer $8 flat rate shipping rate only to the United States.  

Any order received outside of the United States will be notified by separate email the projected shipping fee to be paid before order is placed into production.  Once the shipping fees are paid, the order will proceed.  The Buyer is responsible for all fees as appropriate for the country receiving the order.

SHIPPING TIMELINES:  This makers shoppe is not a factory nor are we amazon prime.  Each Cria Coat is hand cut and constructed on site in a smoke-free environment.  Most orders can be shipped within 10-15 days.  If your color choice is unavailable at the time of order, you will be contacted for an opportunity to select another color or wait for restocking.  Prompt response will keep your Cria Coat in the production line and not cause further delays.

Upon time of shipment, you will receive a notice with a tracking number.  Tracking number delays via any carrier are to be expected and therefore there are no package delivery date guarantees.  Once the package hits the shipping queue we no longer control the package.  If you do not receive your package, please contact your local shipping unit and carrier for additional assistance.  The USPS has GPS records on packages with tracking numbers and may be able to help you.  We also recommend that you provide a safe location for your package to be delivered out of sight and out of the weather to avoid any damage or theft.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final, however, we understand that you may have a concern with your purchase.  Please contact us within 3 days from receipt of your order to let us know what's going on and we'll be happy to discuss with you.  Please note that photo documentation will be made prior to shipment and any claims made by Buyer will also require photo documentation before a resolution will be considered.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Size - Please use the size chart before ordering.  Measure your cria or alpaca with a proper measuring tape.  Do not pretend your dog, goat or child is roughly the same size.  If the Cria Coat does not fit your cria or alpaca, save it for future use or give to a friend herder.  Wrong sizes are not eligible for exchanges.  

We know that alpacas can be tough on stuff.  They will be playing and chasing each other, biting and spitting, rubbing on fences, gates and trees.  We will not be responsible for damage resulting in these fun, yet sometimes naughty normal alpaca behavior or  incorrect use of a Cria Coat.  Please make sure that you have read the care instructions for your Cria Coats.
